These terms are an agreement between you and Pointerflow LLC (“we”, “us”), effective 24 September 2026. By installing BelayTab, creating a Sync account or using this website, you agree to them. If you use BelayTab for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. The Service
BelayTab is a browser extension that saves, snapshots and restores your browser tabs. The free extension works entirely on your device. Sync is an optional paid service that stores your sessions on our servers so they are available on your other devices and in the web app at app.belaytab.com.
2. Your Licence to Use BelayTab
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the extension and the web app. You may not resell the service, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to break the law or anyone’s rights.
3. Your Data Is Yours
You own your sessions and everything in them. With Sync on, you give us permission to store, copy and transmit that data only as needed to run Sync, back it up and show it to you. You can export your data at any time, and you’re responsible for having the right to save the links you save. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Sync Subscriptions and Billing
- Price: $4 per month or $36 per year, plus any tax, unless a different price is shown at checkout.
- Merchant of record: Paddle.com sells Sync to you and handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancelling: you can cancel any time. Sync keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds: you can get a full refund within 30 days of a payment, no questions asked.
- Price changes: we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
- Founding price: if you bought at a launch or founding price, you keep that price on renewal for as long as your subscription stays active.
5. If Sync Ends
If your subscription ends or a payment fails, sync pauses. Nothing on your computer is locked or deleted, and you can keep using the free extension. We keep your cloud copy for 90 days so you can resubscribe or export it, then delete it. If our billing systems can’t be reached, the extension keeps Sync running for a 14-day grace period rather than cutting you off.
6. Acceptable Use
Don’t use BelayTab to attack, overload or probe our systems, to access another person’s account, or to store content that is illegal. We may suspend accounts that do, and we’ll tell you why unless the law stops us.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to keep Sync running and your data safe, but we don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop offering Sync, we’ll give at least 60 days’ notice and keep export available, and the free extension will keep working with the data on your device.
8. Browsers and App Stores
BelayTab runs inside browsers and is distributed through their stores (Chrome Web Store, Edge Add-ons, Firefox Add-ons, Mac App Store, Opera Add-ons). Their terms also apply to your download. Browser makers can change their platforms; some features, such as tab groups on Safari, depend on what each browser allows.
9. Disclaimers
Apart from what these terms say, BelayTab is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. We recommend keeping exports of important sessions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. This doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud.
11. Ending These Terms
You can stop using BelayTab at any time by uninstalling it and, if you have one, deleting your account. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them. Sections 3, 9, 10 and 12 continue after the terms end.
12. Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring claims in your local courts. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to fix it.
13. Changes and Contact
